Five Lines of Care, One Physician

Psychiatry, hormones, and metabolism, treated as connected.

I run a cash-pay telepsychiatry practice for adults across North Carolina, and you see me, Dr. Shantanu Baghel, DO, at every visit. Every patient-facing line of care runs on a flat $350 monthly fee. Ketamine and Spravato sessions will be paid for separately. Forensic engagements are billed separately and described at the bottom of this page.

  2. 01.1

    Depression treatment

I rule out medical causes of low mood first, then match treatment to how severe the depression is.

    Treatment-resistant depression

This is for depression that hasn't improved after two or more antidepressants. I review your past medications, diagnosis, and labs, then adjust the dose, switch medications, or add one.
